This thing works for me! I wasn’t happy with the frame mount – too much flexing of the system – so I decided to try this adapter. I’m glad I did. Center/transfers the trailer weight to the tongue jack while the trailer is moving. Having the the load of the trailer on the bearing in the adapter makes turning the MiniMoverGen2 easier and decreases the amount of flexing I noticed when I was using a frame mount. This adapter is, for me, a better approach for moving my 3500lb trailer into a tight spot on my sloping driveway.
Communications with the vendor were pretty easy. IMO, I think this item is worth the money.
